Booking process

• The property is not reserved until Alojamientos Alpujarra expressly confirms it.
• To confirm the booking, a deposit of 30% of the total is paid.
• The properties are always rented in full and privately, never shared with other groups.
• The occupancy of each house must be respected (Casa Museo del Trovo y Aguardiente, in Murtas: 10 to 24 guests; Casa Cuadra, in Albondón: 4 guests plus an extra bed, up to 5).
• Check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00.

Cancellations

• More than 60 days before: refund of 100 % (Free cancellation).
• Between 31 and 59 days: refund of 50 % (50% is retained).
• Less than 30 days or no-show: refund of 0 % (100% is retained).

Modifications

Any change of dates is subject to availability and acceptance, with possible price adjustments.

Force majeure

In cases of force majeure, a change of dates or an equivalent voucher is offered, with no guarantee of a cash refund.
